Overview
Phase 1 of engagement concluded on Friday, December 19, 2025. During this first round of engagement, a variety of pop-ups, sessions, and surveys occurred throughout Alachua County and online. In total, nearly 2,200 community members were engaged in the visioning process to help establish project priorities and develop guiding principles.
